Introducing our Easter Baker's bundle with our dried Mango - limited time offer. 

• 150g packet Kensington Pride Dried Mango Slices: Think of this as slices of our Riverland Summer in a bag. The fragrance of this Riverland mango just makes your mind explode and then you get the taste experience. Approximately 40-42 pieces of fruit, no added preservatives or sugar, this stuff is magnificent.
• 500g packet Spectacular Dried Fruit mix: You can't cant beat this fruit mix for any sort of baking but especially for your hot cross buns, slices and energy bars. I  have put together a list of some of my favourite hot cross bun recipes here.
• 250g bag of our Candied mixed peel: Our aim at Singing Magpie is to bring you the best that we can grow and produce from the Riverland. Intrinsically linked to this is minimising our waste and being more efficient and sustainable in how we use and value the land that we farm on. Introducing our mixed candied citrus peel. It takes time a couple of days to dice, remove the bitterness from the pith, candied in a sugar syrup (no other preservatives are used) and then drain. But oh my goodness is a beautiful culmination of patience. The final product is like glistening citrus jewels, so delicate and fragrant. Perfect to nibble on but of course the perfect baking ingredient.

Storage

We recommend keeping your diced fruit, candied peel and mango in the fridge or freezer.

Spectacular Diced Dried Fruit: Australian dried fruit, preservative (220) sulphites, sugar,lemon. 

Candied Mixed Peel: Australian dried citrus - oranges, lemons, limes ( 50%), sugar.

Dried Riverland Mango slices. No added preservatives, sweeteners or chemicals.
