Think figs dried in the Riverland sun and marinated in a decadent sticky quince syrup. Eat them straight from the jar, they're prefect on a cheese platter or warmed as a dessert. And don't waste the syrup – swirl it through ice cream, drizzle it over salads or use it as the secret ingredient on your weekend grazing platter.
